Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food and spice products (for health and safety reasons)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
- Email us at millicent.sarpong@mail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
